Registration for the 2026 Annual Chamber Community Conference will open to the public on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

The Annual Chamber Community Conference brings together all elements of the business community, from home-based entrepreneurs to key business and political leaders, to discuss real issues affecting our region’s future. With national keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities and business exhibits, this conference allows attendees to make connections that will last a lifetime. Always held out of town, the weekend is a mix of business and pleasure for the whole family.

  • TO BOOK A HOTEL ROOM, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE. WHEN YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ONLINE LINK TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION FROM YOUR CONFERENCE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  • Only those individuals who are registered for the conference will receive information to book their hotel rooms. All hotel reservations will be made through the link in the online system. At this time, no call-in reservations will be accepted. 
  • When booking online, the system will only allow one room per person, which must match whoever is registered for the conference. The hotel and our staff will monitor the lists each week to ensure that links are not being forwarded to non-attendees and that multiple rooms are not being booked under one person’s name.
  • To accommodate as many attendees as possible, we are unable to accommodate additional adjoining rooms for family members or guests who are not registered for the conference.
